On April 23, Zixing City held an appraisal meeting of attracting investment projects in April, and held a signing ceremony after the meeting to sign the project cooperation agreements with Country Garden and other three enterprises. Zixing Municipal Committee Deputy Secretary and Mayor Luo Chenghui attended the appraisal meeting and signing ceremony.

The meeting listened to the reports on the Zixing Country Garden project, Shanghai EISOO cloud service project, Minghong electronic project and Dongjiang Lake Blossom Hill project, and conducted in-depth and detailed research and review for the projects.

In principle, Zixing Country Garden, Shanghai EISOO cloud service project and Minghong electronic project passed the appraisal, and the cooperation agreements were further revised and improved at the meeting. The meeting thought that the Dongjiang Lake Flower Blossom Hill project needs further demonstration and the relevant files need to be further improved on the basis of consultation.

After the meeting, Hunan Country Garden Real Estate Co., Ltd., Shanghai EISOO Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Minghong Electronics Co., Ltd. signed the project cooperation agreements with Zixing City with the total investment of 1.1 billion yuan.
