In order to further strengthen the safety education of drowning prevention and prevent drowning accidents, the launching ceremony of the special action of anti-drowning education was held in Linwu County No.5 Middle School on April 25. Wang Biqiang, Party member and Deputy Director of the County Education Bureau, the responsible person in charge of the Basic Education Unit, the Security and Stability Office, the Vocational Education and Adult Education Service and other units, and the Deputy Heads of the county's primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, who are in charge of security work, participated in the activities.

During the activities, the President of the County No.5 Middle School delivered a speech for the launching ceremony and the student representatives made the advocacy statements of "Cherish the life to prevent drowning". Subsequently, they carried out the drowning prevention oath ceremony and collective signature. At the forum on drowning prevention education, Wang Biqiang put forward four requirements to schools throughout the county that it is necessary to further strengthen the safety education and daily management work for the primary and middle school students, eliminate the hidden dangers that may cause students to drown, strictly implement the safety supervision system of drowning prevention, and require the home and schools to work together on this work.

At the next stage, all primary and secondary schools throughout the county will comprehensively launch safety education on drowning prevention by means of thematic class meetings, campus radio broadcasts, publicity columns, and issuing "A letter to parents from drowning prevention" to further strengthen the awareness of prevention, avoid accidents and build a strong drowning barrier for the safety of students.
