On April 25th, Municipal People's Government and Country Garden Group signed an investment agreement of Longnv healthy tourist special town. Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren, and Vice President of Country Garden Group and Hunan Regional President Li Xiaolin attended the signing ceremony and signed the agreement on behalf of the Municipal People's Government and Country Garden Group respectively.

According to the agreement, the Country Garden Group will invest more than 8 billion yuan to develop the Longnv Hot Springs area in Beihu District and build a high-end healthy tourist special town in the South Central. Notably, the agreement mentioned that the exhibition hotel, Liuyi Resort, diving center, street commerce and other properties in the Longnv Hot Springs area are all included in the overall planning of this project (Longnv health tourist special town). In addition, the Country Garden Group will do a good job in health, education, tourism and other industrial projects supporting facilities in the Longnv Hot Springs area in accordance with the "Industry first" requirements.

The implementation and the substantive start of the investment project have always been a matter of repeated emphasis by the main leaders of the municipal party committee and municipal government. It was specifically stated in this agreement that Party B (the Country Garden Group) shall start construction within 1 month after the delisting of the project land and meeting the necessary conditions to start work, the completion and acceptance of each batch shall be completed within 3 years after project starting, and the high-rise buildings shall be completed and accepted within 4 years.

According to the agreement, the municipal government will set up a project construction headquarters, headed by the main leadership of the municipal government, to coordinate and solve the specific problems in the process of project promotion, and provide quality services for the project in the administrative examination and approval, and other aspects.
