On May 3, Municipal CPPCC Chairman Li Ping led an investigation group to Chenzhou Technician College and investigated how to cultivate scarce talents for the park enterprises in Chenzhou high (middle) vocational colleges.
At the seminar on servicing the park development in higher vocational colleges, Li Ping listened to the working measures, opinions and suggestions of Chenzhou Technician College to train scarce talents for the park enterprises, and made a deep discussion on the difficulties and problems existing at present. In recent years, Chenzhou Technician College conscientiously carried out the strategy of "Innovation leading, opening up" and "Industry leading, all-round development", and actively integrated into the construction of "five Chenzhou", adhered to the integration of industry and education, deepened cooperation between schools and enterprises, and increased the corresponding service to the park enterprises. In recent years, more than 1300 technical workers have been sent to Jushen Electronics, Delta Electronics, Kainan Jewelry and other enterprises in the park to provide human support for serving the regional economic development and promoting the development of industrial park.
After listening to the report, Li Wei pointed out that the opinions and suggestions put forward by Chenzhou Technician College were targeted, operational and forward-looking. After the investigation, we will fully absorb the suggestions and solve the problems. The higher vocational education should be guided by the scientific concept of development, adhere to the direction of higher vocational education development and the orientation of running a school, strive for survival through service, strive for development by contribution, and be more proactive in serving the development of local economy and society; should strengthen the employment-oriented school running policy, improve the quality of talent training, and vigorously promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and the combination of work and learning to improve the quality of talent training.
