On May 2nd, Zixing City held a scheduling meeting on project approval and attracting investment. Zixing Municipal Party Secretary Huang Zhengrong demanded to establish confidence and implement responsibility, focus on the quality of project approval and attracting investment, and adhere to the quality orientation to achieve the actual effect of solving employment and creating tax revenue. Zixing Municipal Deputy Secretary and Mayor Luo Chenghui attended the meeting.

By the end of April, Zixing City had won 932 million yuan of project funds from the state, province and Chenzhou City this year to fulfill the annual work target of 46.6%. From January to March this year, Zixing City signed a total of 7 import projects, started 2 projects and introduced contract investment of 5.562 billion yuan, of which 3 projects over 100 million yuan.

First of all, Huang Zhengrong expressed satisfaction with the success of last year's project approval and attracting investment in Zixing City. Huang Zhengrong pointed out that we should be full of confidence in the following projects and investment promotion work, but also maintain a clear understanding of the shortcomings and disadvantages.

Huang Zhengrong required that we should implement the relevant responsibilities, clear the related policies on the projects and investment promotion work, accurately grasp information, and adhere to the scientific target and effective assessment reward to achieve real attracting investment; should work carefully, pay attention to the project quality and adhere to the quality orientation to achieve the actual effect of solving employment and creating tax revenue.

Luo Chenghui demanded to further improve the delivery letter of project approval and the task decomposition for attracting investment plans, pay close attention to scheduling, and push forward the implementation of the work; understand the policies and seize the opportunities; emancipate the minds and create new ideas; work together and cooperate; be responsible for creating an environment and be single-mindedly devoted to the sustainable economic and social development in Zixing City.
