On May 3, Jiang Feng, Municipal Standing Committee and Executive Vice Mayor investigated the preparatory work of the 6th CMGS and stressed that all preparatory work has entered the sprint stage and all relevant departments at all levels should make clear their responsibilities, cooperate closely, and complete all preparatory work in high quality.

Jiang Feng and his party went to the City Sports Center Basketball Museum, mineral gem commercial street, Chenzhouxi Railway Station, Longnv Springs and other places to understand in details about the relevant preparatory work.

Jiang required that we should combine the mineral gem expo with the mineral crystal trade to reflect the Chenzhou characteristics and the international idea; should integrate the vacant shops in the mineral gem commercial street into service reception centers to improve the reception capacity; should create a strong atmosphere and set up the bus stops and large advertising slogans around the VIP hotels, the convention center and along the lines;should reform the enclosures of the Dongjiang drinking water project in the Chenxian Road, cover the publicity of the 6th CMGS, stop the construction of the entrance section of the sports center, and green and beautify the environment as soon as possible; should strengthen propaganda and do a good job in the propaganda of bus stations, freeway entrances and exits, and crowded places; should strive to make the 6th CMGS be more successful, more distinctive and more productive grand show through careful preparation and solid work.
