The person in charge of the project introduced that the project landing can further expand the scale of clean energy application, effectively enhance the level of regional energy saving and emission reduction and ecological protection, increase the proportion of clean energy in energy consumption, and promote the optimization and upgrading of energy structure.

The precious metal renewable resources utilization industry in Yongxing County is a typical circular economy industry with the unique model of "Mineless mining", which is one of the "top 10 regional circular economic models" in China. In recent years, Yongxing County has actively guided and encouraged the transformation and upgrading of precious metal enterprises, introduced environmental protection circular enterprises into the park, and continued the "general trend" to develop circular economy industries. Each year, more than 1 million tons of industrial waste of "three wastes" and "urban minerals" in non-ferrous metal industry can be comprehensively recovered and utilized. They have maximized the use of resources, concentrated the treatment and reuse of high concentration wastewater, and reused the waste residue into microcrystalline plates or brick plants through the five levels of circulation of the internal circulation of enterprises, material circulation among enterprises in the park, material circulation among enterprises in parks, material circulation in bases, material circulation among enterprises in the county region to realize the local digestion of the waste residue and the real reduction and innocuity. According to the statistics, compared with the same amount of metals produced in raw ore smelting, the innovative technology has reduced the mining capacity of more than 200 million tons of raw ore, reduced the discharge of waste slag by more than 15 million tons and the sulfur dioxide by more than 15,000 tons, and saved 900,000 tons of standard coal and 52 million tons of water saving to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases and pollutants from the source.

At the same time, Yongxing County has not forgotten to put environmental protection in the first place and strictly carried out three levels of environmental assessment in the overall industrial development planning, the park and the enterprises entering the park on the track of strong economic development. This year, the county took the central environmental protection supervision and feedback issue as an opportunity to comprehensively launch a battle against environmental pollution, firmly advance the implementation of 20 key tasks for comprehensive pollution prevention and control, and strictly dealt with all kinds of environmental illegal acts. By the end of April, the county has shut down 107 enterprises and dismantled 110 chimneys and other related production facilities. By promoting the merger and reorganization of enterprises and integrating them into parks, the county has integrated the county's precious metal enterprises into 30 large-scale and collectivized modern enterprises to drive the core competitiveness of "green economy" in the whole county.
