From May 16th to 18th, CPPCC Vice-president Dai Daojin conducted an investigation in Chenzhou City and held a forum on the key topics of the "Suggestions on implementing dynamic change to promote the high quality development in Hunan Province". Li Ping, Chairman of the Municipal CPPCC, participated in the event.

Dai Daojin and his entourage successively went to Xiangnan International Logistics Park, Chenzhou Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, Yongxing County, Zixing City, the related enterprises and new rural business operators to conduct field visits, inquire about the current development and operation of the enterprises, and understand in details about the quality change, efficiency change and dynamic change of Chenzhou’s economic development and the realization of high-quality economic development.

At the forum, the responsible persons of the municipal departments, representatives of enterprises, Municipal CPPCC members and experts and scholars reported on Chenzhou's investment invitation, scientific and technological innovation, industrial cultivation and other aspects, and proposed to continuously optimize the business environment, cultivate and develop high-tech enterprises and leading enterprises, explore in depth the potential of Dongjiang Lake big data industry, increase the integration of science, technology and finance, develop green manufacturing, increase the intensity of undertaking industrial transfer, and introduce high-end talent.

After listening to Chenzhou's report on promoting high-quality development, Dai Daojin fully affirmed Chenzhou's strengthening the real economy and entity enterprises, promotion of transformation and upgrading, and other works. He hoped that the municipal party committee and the municipal government would continue to promote innovation, transformation and high quality development under the guidance of the thought of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New era of Xi Jinping; would base themselves on the favorable industrial development situation and location advantage, accelerate the transformation and upgrade, and expand the development space; would emancipate their minds, get rid of the old thinking and the old path of the past, adhere to the guide of the "two oriented" and realize green development; would focus on the high-end lead, develop innovation and drive transformation, strive to get Chenzhou to be in the forefront of high-quality development, and set a good example for the whole province.
