Our city has taken the lead in establishing the innovation enterprise cultivation chain of "promoting the patents of scale enterprises + establishing the enterprise research and development center + cultivating the national high and new technology enterprises" in the province, subsidized after the implementation of the science and technology projects, issued the scientific and technological innovation vouchers, and helped the enterprises to purchase the test and inspection, technology R & D and other services; further increased the intensity of introducing innovative talents in enterprises, provided credit discount, identity establishment, rental housing subsidies and other preferential policies to innovative talents, and successively introduced and cultivated the Grang-Pro, Hualei Photoelectric, Jinwang Bismuth industries. Xingyuan Intelligence and other innovative entrepreneurial teams; vigorously promoted industry-study-research cooperation, signed strategic cooperation agreements with Hunan University and Central South University to jointly build the South Institute of New Carbon Materials, the National Super-Computer Chenzhou branch center, the technology transfer center, the Science and Technology Think-tank and other platforms.
