At the forum, the representatives of science and technology workers summarized a series of achievements on their posts, and discussed the contents of innovation-driven development, cultivating new talents, strengthening the construction of enterprise science and technology association, strengthening the introduction of high-level scientific and technological talents, and the difficulties and problems that need the help of the municipal party committee and the municipal government to solve the problems.

At the same time, he hoped that the city's scientific and technological workers would be the vanguard of scientific and technological innovation in the new era, strengthen their responsibility, love Chenzhou with their heart, serve Chenzhou wholeheartedly, devote themselves to scientific and technological research, strengthen the popularization of science and technology, and strive to shoulder more social responsibilities; would consciously shoulder the historical mission of leading innovation and development, promoting transformation and upgrading, and serving the people, focus on the originality, unique effort, breakthrough and effective results in technological innovation at the forefront of industrial development, form more core technologies with independent intellectual property rights, and introduce more innovative "unique" or "first" products to make our city's economic and social development more quality, more effective and more sustainable.
