On the afternoon of June 1, Chenzhou and Provincial Agricultural Credit Guarantee co., Ltd signed a cooperation agreement and the two sides will carry out deep cooperation in the financing guarantee service for "Three Rural Issues", poverty alleviation, rural revitalization strategy, and so on, to achieve win-win development. Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren signed a cooperation agreement with Tang Zheng, Chairman of the Provincial Agricultural Credit Guarantee Co., Ltd. and made a speech.

According to the agreement, the Provincial Agricultural Credit Guarantee Co., Ltd. will give priority to providing financing guarantee services for Chenzhou in the fields of agriculture and forestry advantages and characteristic industries, agricultural socialization services, farmland infrastructure, integration development projects of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, new rural forms, leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization, and so on to support the county economic development and ease the financing problems of "Three Rural Issues".

Liu Zhiren said it needs the financial guarantee to do a good job in "Three Rural Issues" and promote rural revitalization strategy. Provincial Agricultural Credit guarantee Co., Ltd. is the largest agricultural guarantee organization with a perfect agricultural guarantee system in the province. He hoped that the company could play its advantages, give Chenzhou great support in the aspects of rural revitalization, agricultural brand building and agricultural market main body cultivation, build up a bridge between farmers, enterprises and banks, and solve the financing problems of "Three Rural Issues". He also hoped that all departments at all levels should fully cooperate and support the company development in Chenzhou; the financial department should strengthen the docking, strengthen communication, carry on the effective docking with the company in policy, do the work of "Three Rural Issues" better, and push forward the strategy of rural revitalization more solid and more distinctive.

Tang Zheng hoped to strengthen cooperation with Chenzhou, expand the scale and accelerate development; strictly control the risks and ensure the safety of funds; strengthen the construction of clean government; pay attention to dedication and feelings, and make due contributions to the "Three Rural Issues" work and rural renewal strategy in Chenzhou.
