Make Sure Food Safety during "Three Examinations"

In June, the city's college entrance examination, secondary examination and academic level examination ("three examinations") will be held one after another. In order to ensure the food safety of the vast number of teachers and students during the examination period, Beihu District Food and Drug Administration inspected the City No.1, No.3 Middle Schools and Wuya Middle School and made specific arrangements on the food safety issue for examinees throughout the district during the "three examinations" period a few days ago.

 

During the "three examinations" period, the bureau will focus on the school canteen, the surrounding catering service units and the accommodation points of the examinees,with qualification permission, raw materials procurement and processing operation as the key link,comprehensively check and understand the implementation of the dining situation, the operating permits, the inspection of incoming goods, the demand for certificates, the storage of foods, the disinfection of food utensils and the retention of food samples in the school canteens during the "three examinations". At the same time, the bureau will also inspect the school peripheral food and miscellaneous stores, restaurant food business permits, environmental hygiene, food safety system implementation, timely elimination of food safety hidden dangers, send out skilled and experienced law enforcement personnel to the examination points and catering units, supervise and guide the food and catering business places according to the examination scale and examination points,severely crack down on all kinds of food and beverage service food safety violations involving examinees, and severely punish the serious violations according to law.
