On June 13th, the Publicity and Education Centre of Guiyang Chongling National Wetland Park, which took 8 months to build, officially opened. As the first group of visitors, more than 70 pupils from Shijie School had close contact with the different Chongling Wetland.

Why is wetland the kidney of the earth? Why is wetland anaemic? How to protect wetland? A series of questions about the wetland put forward by the workers made the visitors fill with curiosity, and they found the answers with the questions in the pavilion. The beautiful paintings of wetland landscapes, specimens of wetland birds with different shapes, micro-display areas of wetland purification, and the DIY interactive area of "A guess the plants and animals of the Chongling Wetland" not only gave the children close contact with the Chongling River of the mother river in Guiyang, but also evoked their awareness of the wetland environmental protection.

The Chongling National Wetland Park Publicity and Education Centre, located in the County Cultural Park, fully integrates the ecological elements of the wetland, sets up the Past And Present and other 4 exhibition areas in the form of animal and plant specimens, wetland panoramic display system, multimedia interactive platform, etc., with a total area of 1,100 square meters, which is not only the innovation attempt of indoor and outdoor integration of wetland park, but also an ecological experience wetland science base that integrates knowledge and interest, planning to receive 100,000 visitors a year.
