In order to promote students' physical and mental health, cultivate students' good quality of bravery and tenacity, meet students' swimming needs, improve their consciousness of safety against drowning, and master self-saving skills, Beihu District will hold a swimming summer camp at the Chenzhou Swimming and Diving Center during the summer vacation.

This activity will adhere to the principle of "government leading, sports and education combination, student voluntary, policy incentives, safety first", and implement the inclusive policy of training expenses for 600 trainees, with the government subsidies of 320 yuan per person. Among them, the children left behind, orphans or destitute, poor primary and middle school students in Beihu District can enjoy preferential policies and free swimming training after getting the proof material with official seal provided by the school or related institutions.

In recent years, the Beihu District has set up a sports aid project with the initiative of the government, the overall planning of the related departments, the full support of the school, and the cooperation of the departments, and held several summer camps at the Chenzhou Swimming and Diving Center and the Siqing Lake Youth Off-campus Activity Base to promote the popularization and promotion of sports among the vast number of young people, and promote the all-round development of students' quality, loved and praised by society and teachers and students.
