On July 3, the organizing committee of the 3rd Chenzhou Innovation Entrepreneurship Competition and the 5th Hunan Provincial Innovation Entrepreneurship Competition Chenzhou Division(short for Entrepreneurship Competition) held the scheduling meeting to determine the preliminary competition plan.

Since June 5, the Entrepreneurship Competition has received a positive response from many small and medium enterprises in Chenzhou. As of July 2, the Organizing Committee had received more than 150 applications covering e-commerce, biomedicine, smart manufacturing, new materials, new energy, etc.

In order to adapt to Chenzhou's atmosphere of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", the registration deadline has been extended to 5: 00pm on July 6, and the online registration channel will be closed at that time.

On July 7, the Entrepreneurship Competition Appraisal Committee will conduct a preliminary examination for the registration items, and score the items from the core products or services, marketing modules, team composition and labor division, profit model, equity status, financing ideas, employment and other factors to determine the top 50 items in the preliminary competition according to the scores.

On July 12, the 50 to 30 preliminary will be held in Chenzhou Royale Tower Hotel. The contestants will draw lots to decide the order of entry, and conduct the presentation according to the procedure of "item statement + on-site defense + field score" within 13 minutes (8 minutes of item statement and 5 minutes of on-site defense).

A five-member jury composed of experts from the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau (1 person), the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security (1 person) and the investment and financing institution (3 persons) will be graded on the spot according to the contestant's defense.

The final results of the preliminary items will be ranked from high to low, and the top 20 will enter the final stage of the Entrepreneurship Competition.

The preliminary competition will be tracked and reported by Chenzhou Daily Media Group and Chenzhou Radio and Television Station through various forms and all-media platforms.
