Hunan Changlu International Tourism Resort is located in Bianjiang Town, Yongxing County, with rich water resources and beautiful scenery. Since 2018, the Hunan Changlu International tourist Resort project has been advancing steadily with the joint efforts of Yongxing County Party Committee, county government and project company.

In the assembly factory of Hunan Changlu Company, the workers took the corresponding parts from the drawings and assembled them together, welding the metal supports together. According to Liu Qiji, Deputy General Manager of Hunan Changlu Company, this is a self-developed assembly building, which was prepared in early June and started on June 20. The light steel skeleton, wall panels, floor panels and other building parts used in the plant were all transported to the plant after the company developed and produced. The constructors, like building blocks, set up the steel structure frame and assembled the building blocks and walls with 90% of on-site assembly rate.

The workers were methodically engaged in internal and external decoration for the military theme hotel at the construction site of the Military Development Park, a sub-project of the Changlu International Tourist Resort Project in Hunan Province. According to Deng Benhe, Project Director of Changlu Military Development Park, the 4-6 buildings have an area of 11200 square meters. At present, the three buildings have been sealed and all have been into the decoration stage. The entire military theme hotel was scheduled to complete the renovation and move in by the end of September.

At present, the construction of the Changlu International Tourism Resort Project is progressing smoothly. The Changlu Avenue and Changlu Branch Road have been completed and opened; the pile foundation of A、B、C、D building in Nanling Culture Garden has started and the main body construction of 6 lake view houses has been completed; 500 mu of cherry blossoms, rose, wisteria and other seedlings in Flower World have been cultivated; 100 thousand square of earthwork and 180 mu of artificial green in Sports Park have been completed.
