On July 6, Xifengdu Lotus Culture Tourism Festival, with the theme of "enjoying lotus, tasting fish meal", was held at the Fengchu Legendary Fish Meal Base in Wazhao Village, Xifengdu Town. Suxian District Deputy Party Secretary Liu Mingfa and Deputy District Chief Zhu Qian took part in the activities.

It was reported that the three-day event included lotus theme banquet, special fish meal taste, fish meal production experience and other interactive activities.

The activities aimed to continuously promote the image of beautiful villages, promote the rural tourism development in Suxian District, increase farmers' income, promote the targeted poverty alleviation and support regional rural revitalization through the creation of high-quality tourist routes and the full integration of tourism cultural activities.
