In order to implement the Party Central Committee and the State Council's work on strengthening the care and protection for rural left-behind children, our city launched the propaganda activities to care for rural left-behind children on the morning of July 10.

Children are the hope of the nation and the future of the motherland. Since the beginning of this year, our city has formulated and issued a series of work tasks and assessment methods to care for left-behind children in rural areas. But no matter how good the policy is, it is not a substitute for parents' affection for their children. Parental care is always a guarantee for the healthy growth of children and it is the legal duty of every parent to educate and raise children according to law. In order to supervise and urge some parents to carry out their guardianship responsibilities, the municipal leading group for the protection of minors decided to carry out the propaganda activities to care for rural left-behind children in the whole city, so that the vast majority of the migrant workers can communicate with the children better, and let the affection and care not be cut off because of the distance.

It was reported that the propaganda activities, lasting for two months, will be concentrated in the city's construction sites, industrial parks and other places where migrant workers concentrated in order to supervise and guide more left-behind children's family custody and entrusted guardianship, further guide and help the parents of migrant workers to understand and master the knowledge and skills of family education and kinship communication, and protect and guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of rural left-behind children to create a good environment for the healthy growth of rural left-behind children.

After the launching ceremony, Professor Tong Ling from Xiangnan College conducted the intensive training for preaching members in each county and city.
