On July 12, the author learned from the Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau that our city has carried out two months of special supervision and inspection to certified enterprises for cement products production license, and inspected 14 certified cement products enterprises in our city to carry out and implement the work requirements of the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau on resolving the excess capacity of cement industry and promote the transformation and upgrading of cement industry.

This supervision and inspection work focused on checking whether the production status and conditions of the licensed enterprises were maintained on the prescribed conditions for obtaining the production licenses, whether there were any backward equipment that violated the production capacity or were explicitly eliminated by the state, and whether there were unlicensed production and other illegal production activities. During the inspection,it was found that 14 cement enterprises in our city were in the valid period of license and operate normally, with relatively stable quality of cement products. At the same time, the enterprises fulfilled the requirements of the detailed rules for the implementation of the production license in the inspection personnel, infrastructure, equipment tooling, inspection equipment, process monitoring, factory management and other aspects. However, some enterprises also had some problems such as incomplete training records, lack of propaganda training in new standards, uncalibrated testing equipment in use, imperfect cement analysis records, and so on.

The staff of the Quality Section of Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau introduced to the reporter that our city will urge enterprises to rectify the problems found in the inspection, further strengthen the supervision and inspection work to the certified enterprises, and implement the main responsibility of quality and safety in enterprises to ensure the quality and safety of cement products in our city at the next stage.
