Suxian District has developed "three advantages" to promote the development of service industry into the fast lane. From January to May, there were 83 enterprises above the scale of service industry in the whole district (including 30 enterprises in High-tech Zone), the main business income of 3.135 billion yuan, an increase of 33.12%, other profit-making income of 2.607 billion yuan, an increase of 80.17%.

First, give full play to the ecological advantages and promote the growth of global tourism. Suxian District has scientifically planned the layout, built the Feitian Mountain Danxia Scenery Belt, the West River Ecological Scenery Belt and other 4 fine tourist routes at a high level, relying on high-quality ecological resources of "two mountains, two ridges and two springs", and built Xujiadong Hot Spring Town, Aoshang Ancient Village Tour, Xifengdu Ecological Leisure Tour and other differentiated tourism projects. The district has vigorously developed rural tourism, and promoted the integration of "tourism + leisure farm", the holiday, weekend, suburban, self-driving travel becoming the mainstream of holiday leisure. In the first 5 months of this year, the district received 3.6115 million tourists, an increase of 16.84%, with a combined income of 3.109 billion yuan, an increase of 15.36%. In the next step, Suxian District will continue to build global tourism into the focus of investment and the hot spot of consumption, and strive to break through 20 billion yuan in the comprehensive income of cultural tourism industry by 2020.

Second, give play to the advantages of resources and develop the exhibition economy to promote sales. Suxian District has focused on coordination and integration of resources, actively organized multi-level and multi-type exhibition and sales, and gathered business flow, people flow and logistics to promote the development of trade and tourism. The district successfully held the 6th CMGS with 2800 international standard booths and more than 1000 exhibitors and the exhibits were more than twice as many as the last CMGS, with 320,000 visitors and a total transaction of 1.95 billion yuan this year. Relying on the advantages of agricultural resources, the district actively organized a group to participate in Hunan (Chenzhou) 3rd Agricultural Products Expo. The characteristic agricultural products of 11 enterprises won the title of "Golden Prize" of the Expo, and 2 contract projects were signed with a signing fund of 330 million yuan. The district has promoted the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, and the rural tourism festival, the exhibition and marketing festival, the Xifengdu Fish Meal Festival, the Xujiadong Grape Festival, the Wugaishan Bacon Festival and different special festivals have brought vitality to the development of the town economic.

Third, give play to the advantages of service, and firmly grasp the key projects to stabilize the foundation. Suxian District has further improved the system of leading contact enterprises (projects) tracking services, improved the working mechanism of "monthly schedule, quarterly supervision and inspection, semi-annual evaluation", and pushed forward the "zero clearance" action of project obstacle. This year, the local leaders went deep into the field offices of enterprises (projects) for more than 60 times, solving more than 150 practical problems.The district has opened a "green channel" for the approval of key projects, implemented the centralized examination and approval of the land, planning, environmental protection and other functional departments to reduce the time limit for project approval from 21 days to 5 days. The district has also vigorously promoted the guaranteed price for the project, managed the phenomenon of forcible resistance and excessive asking price, and created the Suxian speed, which only took more than 20 days to acquire 191 mu of land for the International Hot Spring City project in Chenzhou.
