On July 19, our city held a project promotion meeting on comprehensive utilization of urban construction waste, and Liu Zhiwei, Municipal Party Standing Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Law announced the official launch of the project.

It was understood that the urban construction waste comprehensive utilization project was led by the City Administration Bureau, and invested and built by Chenzhou Huize Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., using a phased construction model. The advanced German technology was introduced and the national experts were employed to plan to build an industrial chain that integrates split, collection, transportation, disposal and reuse of construction waste, with a comprehensive disposal of 300,000 tons of construction waste per year, through drawing lessons from domestic successful experience to realize the recycling development from building wastes to recycled building materials. At present, the project has been invested about 10 million yuan, and 1 pilot plant for comprehensive utilization of construction waste have been built and put into use to deal with 20 thousand cubic meters of construction waste.

Next, the city will plan to introduce the "Management Measures for the Comprehensive Utilization of Construction Waste in Chenzhou City", promote the construction of the fixed stations, regulate the management and law enforcement of the construction waste source, and implement the whole process of intelligent examination and approval supervision on the whole process of the comprehensive utilization of construction waste; do a good job in the field mobile station environmental protection measures demonstration construction work to make sure that the overall utilization ratio of construction waste is over 70% in 2019 and complete the target of the first phase.
