On July 23, Chenzhou City conducted cooperation negotiations with Chongqing Kangda Environmental Protection Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., and Industrial Bank Changsha Branch, and Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren attended the meeting.

Liu Zhiren welcomed Kangda Group to Chenzhou City for cooperation and negotiation. Liu Zhiren said that environmental protection is a basic part of urban construction, and Chenzhou should always implement the new development concept and promote the construction of "ecological Chenzhou"; should constantly optimize the industrial structure and promote the high-quality development in Chenzhou. In the process of attracting investment in environmental protection industry, Chenzhou should pay attention to recruiting big and strong, and introducing powerful and technical environmental protection enterprises; should take more measures to solve the environmental protection problems. Liu Zhiren hoped that Kangda Group could explore the cooperation projects in the construction of beautiful villages, black and smelly water treatment, solid waste treatment and so on, and the relevant departments should set up a special team to further do docking work and strive for early confirmation of cooperation.

Zhao Junxian, Chairman of Chongqing Kangda Group, said that Kangda Group has undergone many transformations and upgrades since its establishment and it has gradually changed from the initial enterprise on engineering projects construction to the integrated group enterprise on investment management, with nearly 20 patented technologies. The Group hoped to cooperate with the relevant departments of Chenzhou City in sewage treatment and solid waste treatment.

In talks with Hong Wenli, President of Industrial Bank Changsha Branch, Liu Zhiren said that finance is the blood of economic development, and Industrial Bank is the vanguard of financial reform, with a strong spirit of reform and innovation, and many new reform initiatives. He hoped Industrial Bank could bring these new measures and good measures to Chenzhou, and invest more funds in Chenzhou. Chenzhou should take the initiative to do a good job of service and provide good conditions in terms of bank location, network layout, and so on, so as to facilitate the establishment and operation of Industrial Bank at an early date and increase the financial support to key enterprises. He also hoped the two sides could further strengthen cooperation, constantly innovate financial products, and serve the real economy.

Hong Wenli first introduced the operating development of Industrial Bank in recent years.
