Recently, it was learned from the Municipal Centralized Treasury Payment Center and the Municipal People's Bank of China (PBC) that Chenzhou City has fully implemented the centralized treasury payment electronic service, and 297 municipal centralized payment units can handle centralized treasury payment electronic service through agent banks, marking that Chenzhou City at the municipal level has basically said goodbye to the era of paper payment voucher, and made great achievements in the reform of fiscal and tax system in Chenzhou City.

With the further development of treasury reform, the implementation of electronic payment of financial funds has become a highlight in Chenzhou's reform of fiscal and tax system this year.Last year, Chenzhou City began to try out the electronic reform of centralized treasury payment at the municipal level, and the municipal finance, the Municipal PBC, and the ICBC Chenzhou Branch actively prepared and cooperated vigorously to overcome a number of technical difficulties. Finally the electronic payment by budget units of all ICBC agents was achieved at the end of 2017.

This year, in order to implement electronic payment in an all-round way, Municipal Centralized Treasury Payment Center convened the Municipal PBC, the CCB Beihu Branch, Bank of China Chenzhou Branch, the Bank of Communications Chenzhou Branch, and other 8 banks to study how to break through the technical bottleneck to fuly realize the centralized treasury payment electronic service of all budget units at the municipal level. After more than half a year's repeated debugging and testing, 8 agent banks successfully passed the inspection, and successfully handled the centralized treasury payment electronic service of the budget units.
