On the afternoon of July 24, the good news was learned from Hunan-Yangtze River Delta Economic and Trade Cooperation Week Chenzhou delegation: our city successfully signed 2 projects at the Hunan Opening Strong Province Construction and Superiority Industry Chain Project Promotion Meeting, the total investment of 9 billion yuan. Yi Pengfei, Municipal Party Secretary and Chairman of the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, attended the event and witnessed the signing of the contract.

The 2 signed projects are as following:

Chenzhou Ningbang Square Project, with a total investment of 6 billion yuan and a capital of 6 billion yuan, was signed by Chenzhou High-Tech Zone and Hong Kong Ningbang Group. The project is a major investment attracting project in our city, which is planned as a modern urban complex in Chenzhou, with a planned land area of about 536 mu. The planning and construction contents include a 248m super high-rise landmark building, an international brand hotel, a shopping mall of not less than 80,000 square meters and high-end smart residential communities.

Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Foundry Industry Park Project, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan and a capital of 3 billion yuan, was signed by Jiahe County Economic Development Zone and Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. The project is located in Jiahe County Economic Development Zone with an area of 1000 mu, mainly building 300,000 to 500,000 tons of national green smart foundry demonstration park and introducing 30 foundry enterprises. After the completion of the project, the foundry enterprises in the zone can realize the unification of environmental protection, quality and hot metal supply, etc. with the estimated annual output value of 2.5 billion yuan and the annual tax revenue of 200 million yuan.
