In order to strengthen the supervision of animal diagnosis and treatment, and veterinary vaccine, and prevent the loopholes in management, Chenzhou Animal Husbandry and Veterinary and Aquatic Bureau united Beihu District Animal Husbandry Veterinary and Aquatic Bureau to carry out special law enforcement and inspection action on veterinary vaccine in urban area recently.

The special inspection action carried out an inspection for 6 animal health clinics and veterinary drug management sites in Chenzhou City, including the recording of animal vaccines, the purchase of animal vaccines, the usage record, the standard of storage management and the veterinary vaccines beyond the scope of the operation. 6 animal health clinics and veterinary drug management sites were more standardized in the use of veterinary vaccines.However, there were still some problems in some places, such as no hygrometers in the storage freezer of veterinary vaccine, incomplete registration of animal vaccine purchase and usage, and so on. The inspectors issued a notice of rectification advice on the spot, requiring the relevant places to put the rectification in place within a week, and the sites where rectification and reform are not in place to be registered and punished in accordance with the relevant regulations.

At the same time, Chenzhou Animal Husbandry and Veterinary and Aquatic Bureau requested all counties and municipalities to carry out comprehensive supervision and inspection of animal clinics and veterinary vaccine operating sites in their jurisdiction, and further strengthen supervision and law enforcement in accordance with the principles of their administration, so as to ensure the safety of animal diagnosis and treatment and veterinary vaccine.
