Recently, Provincial Court reported on the provincial courts' social public evaluation (public opinion poll) in the first half of 2018. The Chenzhou court public opinion poll work set a new high again, with 10 courts at the two levels scoring more than 90 points and 6 courts ranking the top 20 in the province. Among them, Chenzhou Intermediate People's Court scored 92.01 points, ranked 3rd in the Provincial Intermediate Court, and Anren and Guidong Court scored 93.86 points and 93.84 points respectively, ranked 6th and 8th in the Provincial Court.

Since this year, under the strong leadership of the municipal party committee, the capable supervision of the Municipal People's Congress and its standing committee, and the support of the municipal government, the municipal CPPCC and all sectors of society, Chenzhou second level courts have focused on the goal of "trying to make the masses feel fair and just in every judicial case", and highlighted the main line of "justice for the people, fair justice", and the satisfaction of the masses has continued to improve. The municipal courts have faithfully performed their legal duties and upheld fairness and justice.They have punished criminal crimes in accordance with the law and carried out the "special struggle against crime and evil" in depth; have strengthened the protection of the rights and interests of the people's livelihood and properly resolved disputes between the people and businessmen; have supported the administration of administrative organs according to law, and effectively protected the legitimate rights and interests of administrative counterparts; have comprehensively increased their enforcement efforts, strictly regulated their execution behavior, and went all out to win the "basic solution to the difficulties of implementation". While paying close attention to the trial execution, the municipal courts have strengthened the team construction and promoted the trial led by the party building team. The Chenzhou Intermediate People's Court made a typical speech at the conference on the party building work of the provincial courts that we should actively promote the reform of the judicial system, innovate the way of trial management, further improve the responsibility system of handling cases by the judges through the full use of information technology, and fully improve the quality of the cases from the source to let the parties feel the justice and public trust of justice.
