It was understood that the park has a total of 25 enterprises, annual sales revenue of 3 billion yuan, 250 million yuan in profits and taxes.

Guiyang County, known as the "Hometown of nonferrous metals", is also a big county of tobacco production in China, and the demonstration county of national leisure agriculture and rural tourism. In recent years, Guiyang county has adhered to the "industrial strong county" strategy, and built 7 pillar industries of the nonferrous metals, food and medicine, new energy and new materials, processing and manufacturing, trade logistics, cultural tourism and flue-cured tobacco according to local conditions. The county has built Hunan's first nonferrous metal industry park, and introduced Silver Star Company, Haoyu New Materials, Guodian Jinyuan and other smelting enterprises. In 2017, the county's nonferrous metal industry achieved output value of 8.431 billion yuan.

At the same time, Guiyang County, using abundant wind power resources, has signed more than 800,000 kilowatts of wind power installed, with a total investment of 9 billion yuan. At present, there are 7 wind farms which has been completed and put into production, such as Luhejin, Luyefeng and Qiaoshi(Shuiyuan) wind farms, the total installed capacity of 350,000 kilowatts. It was expected that after the completion of the signing project, wind power will become an industry with annual tax revenue of more than 100 million yuan after tobacco and nonferrous metals in the county. Driven by the 7 pillar industries, Guiyang County's economy has developed steadily and has been evaluated for six consecutive years as "Top 10 strong counties in county economy". In the first half of this year, the county achieved a regional GDP of 18.584 billion yuan, an increase of 7.5%.
