July to September is the lotus flowering period of Liuhua Bay National AAA Scenic Spot in Sandu Town, Zixing City. In order to enrich the tourism connotation of the scenic spot, Sandu Town took the 4th Dongjiang Lake Liuhua Bay Lotus Festival as a platform to continuously hold a series of activities, attracting tourists from all over the country to Zixing and into Liuhua Bay to enjoy the unique charm of green water, green mountains and rural tourism.

On Aug. 19, an artistic exhibition and experience featuring cheongsam culture was performed in Liuhua Bay Scenic Spot. In addition to the theme of Liuhua Bay Lotus Festival, the event also included the cheongsam display, music party, UAV aerial photography and other elements, with the rich historical culture of scenic spot and beautiful lotus pond scenery as the background, attracting more than 1000 people from all over the country, such as professional models, cheongsam enthusiasts and child models.

During the event, 18 cheongsam art teams from Guangzhou, Shaoguan, Leiyang and Chenzhou conducted professional individual and group cheongsam performance. There were not only professional model etiquette training teachers from all over the country, but also the sanitation workers' association team from Nansha District, Guangzhou, and other amateurs. Cheongsam lovers of different ages and professions performed together to show the elegance and beauty of Chinese women and inherit the beauty of traditional culture.

At the event site, thousands of tourists not only experienced the appearance of the professional cheongsam model on the spot, and tasted lotus seeds, cold powder, Liuhua Bay specialties and other delicacies, but also felt the cool of the late summer and the comfort of walking the ancient residence in the carnival of beer and music, which was a feast of vision, taste and hearing.

It was understood that the cheongsam Art Show was one of the series activities during the 4th Dongjiang Lake Lotus Festival. In the way of the government to set up the lotus stage, social organizations and civil society to play the leading roles, the series of activities fully stimulated the strength of the masses and social literary and artistic groups and showed the local conditions and human characteristics of Zixing City.
