Recently, the author learned that the newly established Chenzhou Health Management Quality Control Center and Chenzhou Medical Institutions Outpatient Management Quality Control Center of Chenzhou Health and Family Planning Commission were affiliated to the Affiliated Hospital of Xiangnan University, respectively headed by Professor He Yong, who is Party Committee Member, Vice President and Union President of Affiliated Hospital of Xiangnan University and Deng Zuliang, who is Committee of the Commission for Discipline, and Director of Science and Education of the Affiliated Hospital of Xiangnan University.

The establishment of the two control centers aims to strengthen the quality control of health management and outpatient medical quality in Chenzhou, strengthen the connotation construction, optimize the service process, promote the further improvement of medical service action plan, constantly improve the homogeneous management level of outpatient and health management centers in hospitals at all levels, and enhance the outpatient, health management quality and service ability.

The Affiliated Hospital of Xiangnan University, as the third-class first-class general hospital, the "national demonstration unit for improving medical service" and the "national demonstration base for health management", has always attached great importance to the quality control of outpatient management, and made great achievements in optimizing the medical environment, improving the service ability, realizing convenient medical treatment and improving the experience of medical treatment, playing an important role in the medical treatment of the whole city and the surrounding areas.

The establishment and affiliation of the two quality control centers will provide technical support, professional guidance, quality control, supervision and assessment to the outpatient management and health management of medical institutions in the city, so as to improve the quality of medical services in the region and promote the construction of healthy Chenzhou.
