During the inspection, Liu Tao carried out a detailed inspection on the hotel whether to formulate the plans for fire fighting and emergency evacuation, whether to keep the evacuation passage and safe exit unobstructed, whether to keep the fire protection facilities and equipment in good condition, and whether to implement the "six one" measures for fire safety. In Golden Emperor Hotel and International Hotel, he carefully inspected the situation of fire control room personnel on duty, holding certificates on duty, the operation and use of fire control equipment, the integrity and effectiveness of automatic fire control facilities, the formulation of emergency evacuation plans, fire drills and so on, looked through the daily work related data of the fire control center, checked the operation of the fire control mainframe, asked on-the-spot questions about the fire alarm disposal procedures and the operation methods of the fire control mainframe of the staff on duty in the fire control room, and checked the emergency response capability of the hotel's miniature fire station.

In view of the current fire safety situation and the characteristics of the industry, Commander Liu Tao instructed the heads of the units to earnestly learn from the fire experience and lessons, earnestly fulfill the main responsibility of social units, strengthen the "four abilities" construction of the units, and enhance the emergency response capability of sudden accidents.
