On August 28th, the Reshui International Rural Hot Spring Town Project Framework Agreement was signed successfully.
Reshui International Rural Hot Spring Town Project is positioned as an international rural hot spring town and a 5A class hot spring resort, with a total investment of about 10 billion yuan. The project is operated on a market-oriented management and the developers are responsible for the planning, design, investment, construction and management of the project.
The first phase of the project includes Hot Spring Boutique Hotel, South China Cultural Theme Hot Spring, Hot Spring Street, Mountain Sports Park, Leisure Hot Spring Farm, Artist Village, Hot Spring Tourism Real Estate, supporting products and so on, and focuses on investment in the construction of apartment hotels with home and residence for the aged, vacation and recuperation, introduction of high quality medical care, health care institutions and cooperative operation of educational institutions, which will further promote the agglomeration of leading industries and enhance the stamina of county economic development in Rucheng County.
Since 2018, Rucheng County has fully implemented the requirements of inspection and rectification, in accordance with the overall arrangement of "Innovation leading, opening up"and "Industry led and all-round development", adhered to the overall situation of economic and social development, and promoted the establishment of ecological counties, strong industrial counties and cultural counties, thus achieving a stable and healthy development of the county economy. Accelerating the construction of hot spring characteristic town is the overall strategic requirement of the Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government to further promote ecological construction and tourism development, which will further promote the agglomeration of leading industries in Rucheng and enhance the stamina of county economic development.
