On the morning of September 2, the first member congress of Chenzhou Aviation Model Technology Association was held in the conference room of the Municipal Science Association, marking the establishment of Chenzhou Aviation Model Technology Association.

The meeting adopted the "Constitution of Chenzhou Aviation Model Technology Association (Draft)", "Management Measures of Chenzhou Aviation Model Technology Association (Draft)", "Election Measures of Chenzhou Aeronautical Model Technology Association (Draft)" and other documents. Through on-site voting, the first Council of Chenzhou Aeronautical Model Technical Association and the head of the organization were elected.

It was reported that the meeting began preparations in June 2018 and Chenzhou Aircraft Model Technical Association was formally established after the approval of the Municipal Association of Science and Technology and the Civil Affairs Bureau, in accordance with the "Regulations on the Registration of Social Groups", also attracting model enthusiasts from all walks of life to join the model society.

Li Leyi, Chairman of the Municipal Aviation Model Technology Association said at the meeting that the next step will train teenagers interested in models through systematic and standardized training, and learning the principles, knowledge and manipulation of various models to cultivate teenagers who are interested in model sports for the Chenzhou model development, and contribute to the popularization of science and technology in Chenzhou.
