Recently, the reporter learned from the Hunan Provincial Sports Bureau, the 2018 China Outdoor Fitness and Leisure Congress Dongjiang Lake Station and the International Half Marathon Race will be held in Zixing Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area from October 12 to 14.

The event is jointly sponsored by the National Sports Administration Mountaineering Management Center, China Mountaineering Association, Hunan Provincial Sports Bureau and Hunan Provincial Tourism and Development Commission. The International Half Marathon Race, as a promotional event, officially begun to register for 3000 places on September 3. In addition, the event also has bicycle tournament, hiking, opening ceremony, fun carnival, music carnival, camping experience, rowing experience, rock climbing experience and other experience projects as well as a single bamboo floating stunt show.

On the basis of the original events, the International Half Marathon Race will combine the unique "foggy" characteristics of Dongjiang Lake and optimize the race route to show participants the rich landscape resources of Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area in an all-round way through the activities of the Half Marathon.
