Recently, Anren County Forestry Bureau, together with the Chengping Township People's Government, has established the Muzishan Nature Reserve for protection.

Muzishan Nature Reserve, located in Hexi Village, Chengping Township, Anren County, is an alluvial continent composed of Yongle River, Lianhua River and Lengjiang River, with the reserve area of about 10000 square meters, which is mainly composed of ancient camphor trees over 300-500 years old with good natural ecology.

The responsible person of the County Forestry Bureau introduced that the greatest significance of establishing the Muzishan local nature reserve is to focus on protecting the natural environment and natural resources of the ancient tree community and give full play to its scientific research, propaganda and education, cultivation and breeding, environmental monitoring, water conservation, air purification and tourism.
