Chenzhou City is a pilot city of cross-border rapid customs clearance reform between Guangdong and Hong Kong and Macao and is now declaring Chenzhou area of China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone. In recent years, the city has vigorously implemented the special action of docking free trade zones and upgrading platforms, and successively established railway ports, highway ports, international express center, comprehensive bonded zones, import and export meat inspection sites, etc., becoming one of the important international port cities. In November last year, the Chenzhou "cross-border one-lock" rapid transit system was opened and operated. Goods imported from Hong Kong to Chenzhou no longer need to be transferred, inspected and unlocked by the port customs.
