On the morning of October 9, the Chenzhou Literature and Art Federation held a seminar on the first issue and creation of the "2017 Annual Selection of Chenzhou Literature and Art Works". More than 100 literary lovers and selected authors from the city participated in the seminar.

The reporters learned that in order to promote the prosperity and development of Chenzhou literature and art, develop and collate the achievements of the city's literary and artistic creation, the City Literature and Art Federation organized the editing and publication of the "2017 Annual Selection of Chenzhou Literary and Artistic Works" through nearly a year of efforts, a collection of 178 masterpieces from 83 literary and artists in Chenzhou, and the works published, exhibited and performed on the provincial level platforms and some well-known magazines in 2017 , focusing on the achievements of Chenzhou's literary and artistic creation over the past year.

It was understood that the works annual selection was divided into literary and artistic volumes, covering novels, prose, poetry, children's literature, reportage, art, calligraphy, photography, scripts, songs, literary criticism and other categories of literary and artistic works, reflecting the development of Chenzhou and the spirit of Chenzhou and Chenzhou connotation with rich Chenzhou local characteristics.

At the seminor, Feng Zhiguo, Wang Fang, Sun Chuntian, Liu Qingpeng, Zhou Kaifa, Zhou Songwan and other 6 local literati and artists shared their personal creative experience and gave valuable creative experience to the participants.
