Recently, the Linwu County Autumn Tourism Festival and the National Night Fishing Competition were opened in the Longquan Mountain Villa. The festival attracted 7 teams from all over the country, more than 200 fishing enthusiasts to enjoy the mountains, rivers and fun of fishing.

Nanqiang Town, located in the southeast of Linwu County, is an important "Kouzi Town" on the border between Hunan and Guangdong and also the township with the largest agricultural population in Linwu County. The two-day festival, with the theme of the National Night Fishing Competition and Fishing Friendship Competition, aimed to let more people know fishing, understand fishing, participate in fishing and experience fishing. More than 200 athletes from Shandong, Shanxi, Hebei, Guangdong, Hubei and other parts of the country gathered in Nanqiang to compete on the same platform. After the fierce competition of "integral race, four-strong breakthrough, four-strong PK race", He Qinghua, a native of Shaoyang, Hunan Province, won the National Night Fishing Competition (Linwu Station, Chenzhou, Hunan Province) and Xu Junliang, a native of Changsha, Hunan Province, won the friendship fishing competition.
