Recently, Yi Pengfei, Municipal Party Secretary and Chairman of the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, made a special investigation on the development of logistics industry in Chenzhou and the upgrading and improvement of Xiangnan International Logistics Park. He emphasized that we should find the right position, optimize the industrial layout of the park, strive to build the Xiangnan International Logistics Park into a national demonstration logistics park and further promote the development of Chenzhou's export-oriented economy.

Yi Pengfei went to China's Supply and Marketing of Chenzhou Agricultural & Sideline Products Logistics Park, Chenzhou designated inspection sites for imported meat, etc., and inquired about the construction and operation of the park in detail. He said that we should speed up the construction of Chenzhou Agricultural & Sideline Products Logistics Park, introduce high-quality merchants, help Chenzhou's agricultural and sideline products sales, create a model of Chenzhou's agricultural and sideline products sales, and maximize the role of the designated inspection site for imported meat in Chenzhou to promote the better development of Chenzhou's export-oriented economy.

At the forum, Yi Pengfei listened to the report on the development of Chenzhou logistics industry and the upgrading of Xiangnnan International Logistics Park. Yi emphasized that we should find the right position and make the Xiangnan International Logistics Park into an important platform and carrier for Chenzhou's export-oriented economic development, a depression for high-quality logistics enterprises and a model for the development of the logistics industry in Chenzhou and even Hunan Province.

Yi Pengfei emphasized that we should make practical plans, combine the logistics spatial layout with the logistics industrial layout planning, and formulate the industrial layout according to the spatial layout research; should link up the planning of logistics park with the planning of central urban area, guide logistics elements to gather in the park, solve the disorderly development problem of logistics industry, and guide the park to develop healthily, orderly and sustainably; should strengthen investment, set the threshold for entry, aim at influential enterprises in the logistics industry, and clear the economic accounts in the process of investment promotion; should treat people with sincerity and set up investment invitation teams around the logistics industry to enhance pertinence in the work of attracting investment; should integrate and improve the quality, integrate the logistics formats which are not suitable for the development of the central urban area into the logistics park, enhance the quality of the logistics park, and integrate the platform and elements of the export-oriented economic development such as the comprehensive bonded zone and the logistics park to enhance the development efficiency.

Yi emphasized that we should achieve high-quality development, set the threshold for entering the park, calculate the input-output accounts, pay attention to the coordination between the parks, enterprises and the ecological environment, further expand the opening up, and improve the platform construction to promote the development of Chenzhou's export-oriented economy.
