Recently, 21 enterprises of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone participated in the Chenzhou special induction activities in 2018, and achieved good results. There were more than 50 well-known university graduates signed the agreement on employment intention with enterprises, of which 3 professors have signed labor contracts with enterprises in the park.
Since October 19, under the elaborate deployment of the Organizational Department of the Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Hunan Resources and Social Security Bureau and Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone took more than 20 enterprises to carry out a two-week high-level talent recruitment campaign in Changsha, Xiangtan, Xi'an, Lanzhou and other provinces and cities. The campaign has attracted the attention of local university graduates, receiving more than 500 resumes.
In the activities, the staff distributed enterprise leaflets in campuses, and introduced in detail to the job seekers the talent introduction policies and situation of enterprises in Chenzhou through on-site broadcasting of enterprise promotional films and explanations. They also conducted preliminary selection of job seekers according to job description, employment standards and qualifications. For high-level talents such as doctoral tutors and professors with cooperative intentions, the Organizational Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the staff of the park and the person in charge of the enterprises took the initiative to call on them and publicize the preferential policies of the Chenzhou municipal government for attracting talents.
Through enthusiastic and active service, many park enterprises have made great achievements in this trip, successfully introduced a large number of high-level talents, effectively enhanced the competitiveness of enterprises, and provided a strong impetus for the development and growth of enterprises. In the future, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone will also strengthen the tracking service of talent introduction, implement various preferential policies for talent, and ensure that talent can not only be introduced and retained.
