Recently, the script seminar of the film "Half of Quilt" was held in Beijing. The film "Half of Quilt" was sponsored by the Film and Television Commission of China Promoting Minority Culture & Art Association (CPMCAA), the China Minority Writers Association, the China Minority Film Project Script Department, and supported by the Chenzhou Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, the China Minority Film Project Office, the Beijing New Fourth Army Central China Anti-Japanese Base Research Association and other units.

The film literary script "Half of Quilt" was written by young writer Zhi Zaifei, declared by Beijing Wenmaiyuan Film and Television Culture Media Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Good Brothers Film and Television Culture Co., Ltd., announced by the State Film Administration in May and directed by young director Zhao You, which was expected to start in Rucheng City in December.

The seminar invited Luo Kaifu, the story digger of "Half of Quilt", Long Xinmin, former Deputy Director of the Central Party History Research Office, Gao Hongbo, Vice-chairman of the Chinese Writers Association and the experts and scholars from the Central Propaganda Department, August First Film Studio, the National Film Bureau, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, the Hunan Party History Research Office, the Script Planning Center of the State Administration of Radio and Television,Chenzhou Municipal Government, Rucheng County Government, Hunan Provincial Government Office in Beijing and Chenzhou Municipal Government Office in Beijing participated in the seminar.
