On November 8, the launching ceremony of the 119 Fire Prevention Month in Zixing City was held in the People's Square, and the representatives of Municipal Fire Safety Committee member units, Township (Street) Communities, social units and fire fighters participated in the event.

November 9 is the 27th National "119" Fire Prevention Day with the theme of "Universal participation, fire prevention", aiming at popularizing fire safety knowledge, improving the quality of fire safety of the whole people, and continuously improving the public's ability of disaster prevention, mitigation and relief. Through hanging banners, setting up propaganda boards, setting up consulting desks and distributing propaganda materials, the event mobilized the whole city to pay attention to fire safety and actively participate in fire safety propaganda.

At the event site, the fire officers and soldiers also displayed professional fire extinguishing and rescue equipment, and selected the equipment for on-site operation demonstration, explained to the public how to use fire extinguishers correctly and how to safely and orderly evacuate the fire scene and other professional skills, which attracted many citizens to actively observe and experience, and further enhanced the public's fire safety awareness and emergency response capability.
