On November 14th, Chenzhou held a forum on deepening cooperation with China Construction Bank (CCB) Hunan Branch. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor, and Wen Aihua, President of CCB Hunan Branch, had in-depth exchanges on developing the real economy and supporting the development of private enterprises, and reached consensus on relevant cooperation matters.

Before the forum, Wen Aihua and his party visited Yuteng Nonferrous, Jingui Silver and Huaxin Nonferrous Enterprises successively to investigate the development of nonferrous metals enterprises in Chenzhou City.

At the forum, on behalf of the Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government, Liu Zhiren thanked the CCB Hunan Branch for its long-term strong support for the economic and social development of Chenzhou. Liu said that we should learn from the pragmatic work style of CCB, vigorously support the real economy, support the development of private enterprises, and accelerate the implementation of bilateral cooperation projects; should build a credible and satisfied government, optimize the financial ecological environment, deepen the cooperation between government, banks and enterprises, enhance the ability of serving enterprises, and help enterprises solve the financial difficulties and problems; should strengthen the docking with CCB, deepen comprehensive cooperation in various fields and give full support to the development of CCB in Chenzhou. Enterprises should strengthen the internal skills, improve the management level, build honest enterprises, strengthen cooperation with banks, and make enterprises stronger, better and bigger.

Wen Aihua said that he thanked the Chenzhou Municipal Committee, the Municipal Government and entrepreneurs for their trust, support and concern for CCB. The CCB Hunan Branch and Chenzhou City have a good foundation for cooperation. Chenzhou has undergone substantial changes with good development quality and situation in recent years. The CCB Hunan Branch is speeding up two major actions: dissolving government debt and serving the real economy, and docking private enterprises with municipal and state banks. They hoped to further strengthen cooperation with Chenzhou, further support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Chenzhou, strengthen the real economy and promote the transformation and upgrading of Chenzhou's industries.
