Recently, Chenzhou City held the signing ceremony of the Easyhome Home Building Material Plaza Project in the second phase of the Xiangnan Grand Market. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor, Zhou Zaiming, Chairman of Hunan Tengchi Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Cheng Jie, General Manager of Easyhome Hunan Branch, were present at the signing ceremony.

Since its inception in 2012, the first phase of the project has been completed with high quality and more than 700 businesses have entered the market, creating more than 2000 jobs and generating nearly 200 million yuan of tax revenue.

Easyhome is a large-scale commercial chain company which mainly focuses on household and takes large household consumption as a platform, covering interior design and decoration, sales of household building materials, intelligent logistics, financial services, digital intelligence, urban complex development and other fields. According to the agreement, the second phase of the Xiangnan Grand Marke will cooperate with the Easyhome with an investment of 1.2 billion yuan and a planned construction area of 60,000 square meters, introduce well-known home building materials brands at home and abroad, advanced management models and high-quality services, develop and construct according to the concept of modern commercial and trade city, and set up specialized market areas, supporting apartments and warehouses to build into a modern first-class comprehensive market of commerce and trade, and a high-quality shopping centre for household building materials in Chenzhou. After the fully establishment and operation of the market, the annual turnover of the market will exceed 10 billion yuan, the tax revenue will exceed 15 million yuan, and the employment problem of 15,000 people will be solved.
