Recently, 90 students from 2 classes of Intelligent Manufacturing Major of Chenzhou Technician College went to Hunan GiantSun Power Electronics Co., Ltd. in High-tech Zone to practice, which is also the third batch of students from Chenzhou Technician College to practice in enterprises in High-tech Zone this year.

Since last year, Chenzhou Technician College has arranged 12 majors, a total of 2872 students to practice in the park, of which more than 1500 students this year. They went to Hunan GiantSun Electronics Co., Ltd., Hunan Grand-Pro Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Telta Electronics (Chenzhou) Co., Ltd., and Chenzhou Gospell Digital Technology Co., Ltd. in the High-tech Zone, Sant Honore Food Co., Ltd. and Hunan Xingyuan Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. in the Economic and Development Zone, Dongjia Electronics (Chenzhou) Co., Ltd. in the Linwu Industrial Park and other park enterprises for internship. Student internship in enterprises not only enables students to understand enterprise culture, system and production and operation mode before graduation, laying a foundation for better integration into society in advance, but also alleviates the demand for skilled personnel in enterprises.

In addition, in order to further promote the integration of industry and education between the College and enterprises, while serving the enterprises in urban areas, the College also actively explored cooperation with the campus of the county industrial park.On October 23, the College and Linwu County Industrial Park formally signed the cooperation relationship between the campus and enterprises, and took the first step to establish the cooperation between the campus and enterprises in the county and urban areas. In early November, Jiahe Party Secretary Guo Xin led a team to visit the college. The two sides discussed the integration of industry and education and expressed their intention to establish school-enterprise cooperation.

Since the establishment of the new Party Committee, the College has adhered to the concept of "running schools for development, organs for teaching, teachers for students", continuously deepened the reform of education and teaching, explored and innovated the training mode of talents, deepened the cooperation between schools and enterprises, adjusted and added the specialty of talents scarce in the park, fully supported the local economic development and delivered a batch of technical talents to the local industrial park by means of order-based training and directional training.
