In order to further improve the quality of construction projects, reduce the occurrence of common quality problems and reduce quality complaints, a special lecture on quality control of waterproofing construction of construction projects was held in Chenzhou on November 29.

Focusing on the current situation of waterproofing industry in Chenzhou, the Municipal Bureau of Housing and Construction deeply analyzed the causes and hazards of engineering leakage, put forward targeted treatment methods, emphasized the importance of waterproofing construction of construction projects, reduced the leakage rate of projects, and strived to solve the problem of engineering leakage.

Wang Xin, Director of Expert Committee of China Building Waterproofing Association, and Ai Qiyong, Chief Engineer of Zhongnan District of Beijing Oriental Yuhong, made technical exchanges from the history and development of waterproofing in construction projects, modern waterproofing materials and their attributes, waterproofing technical principles of construction projects, common quality defects, system selection, common problems of joint construction, auxiliary materials, protective coatings, and testing methods of waterproofing materials in construction.

Heads of housing and construction departments, quality safety stations, development organizations, construction units and supervision units of counties (cities and districts), and the relevant personnel of the Municipal Housing Construction Bureau and the Municipal Quality Safety Station listened to the lectures.
