On the morning of December 12, a press conference of the China Supply and Marketing & Chenzhou Agricultural By-product Logistics Park Project was held. This project is not only the "vegetable basket" project of Chenzhou, but also the livelihood project to improve the quality of Chenzhou City.

China Supply and Marketing Agricultural Wholesale Market Holding Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned enterprise approved by the State Council and affiliated to the All-China Supply and Marketing Cooperative, which is a national leading enterprise in the field of agricultural products circulation. Until now, it has built nearly 62 wholesale markets for agricultural products in 22 provinces and municipalities, with a total area of more than 10 million square meters. It was estimated that more than 300 wholesale markets for agricultural products will be established in China by 2025.

China Supply and Marketing & Chenzhou Agricultural By-product Logistics Park, located at the junction of Guoqing South Road Extension and Chenjiang Middle Road in Beihu District, covers an area of 504 mu, with a total construction area of 350,000 sq.m. and a total investment of 1.25 billion yuan, including vegetable, fruit, aquatic products, poultry eggs, meat, frozen products, non-staple food, dry seasoned grain oil, tea and 9 large-scale distribution and trading areas. It integrates logistics, distribution, preliminary processing, warehousing, cold chain, supply chain finance and other services, and radiates the agricultural by-products distribution center, information center and price guidance center of Hunan, Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces with Chenzhou as the center. The project mainly undertakes the relocation of Qixing Market, Luojiajing Wholesale Market, Zhengxing Bridge Aquatic Wholesale Market and other agricultural and sideline products wholesale markets.

The meeting demanded that all departments at all levels should attach great importance to project construction, coordinate and link up, create a good construction environment, promote the orderly progress of the project, and truly land the best business environment and the best government service in Chenzhou.
