Recently, the "2018 China Forest Tourism Festival" opened in Guangzhou City. At the opening ceremony, Chenzhou City was awarded the honorary title of "National Forest Tourism Demonstration City". Li Ting, Deputy Director of the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, accepted the licensing on behalf of Chenzhou City.

The China Forest Tourism Festival, sponsored by the State Forestry and Grassland Administration, aims to show China's colorful and high quality natural and human resources, promote key forest tourism products and services, and build China's forest tourism brand.

Chenzhou City has outstanding ecological advantages and rich forest tourism resources. In recent years, the Chenzhou Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government have attached great importance to the work of forest tourism. They have taken many measures to promote the development of forest tourism at a high level, construct tourism infrastructure at a high standard, vigorously carry out the innovation of forest tourism products, create excellent forest tourism routes, continuously expand the tourist market, and continuously strengthen industry management to develop the forest tourism brand.

At the exhibition site of the forest tourism festival, as a few prefecture-level city exhibition halls, Chenzhou exhibition hall attracted many visitors with distinctive features. During the exhibition period, Chenzhou also launched a series of project investment and contracting activities.
