Recently, at the 11th National Annual Meeting of Microvideo Short Film Evaluation and Short Video-Film Summit Forum, co-sponsored by the China Federation of Radio, Film and Television Social Organizations, China Broadcasting Federation Microvideos Committee and Shandong Radio and Television Media Group, the microfilm "Half of Quilt", created and sent by Propaganda Department of Municipal Committee, won the first prize of Network Short Drama.

At the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Long March of the Red Army, General Secretary Xi Jinping deeply told the story of "Half of Quilt" in Shazhou Village, Rucheng County, which became a vivid portrayal of the deep feelings of the military and civilian.
