Recently, Chenzhou Xiangjiang Industrial Guidance Fund Management Co., Ltd. was unveiled and established. Liu Zhiren, Municipal Deputy Secretary and Mayor, and Li Yu, General Manager of Hunan Xiangtu Holding Group Co., Ltd., jointly unveiled the company.

Our city's industrial guidance fund is a policy-based fund set up by the municipal government and Xiangtu Holding Group, which is operated in a market-oriented way and managed professionally. Its purpose is to fully magnify the leverage effect of government financial funds and effectively guide banks, insurance and social funds into our city's industrial field. The Municipal Government authorized the Municipal Finance Bureau and Xiangtu Holding Group to jointly initiate the establishment of Chenzhou Xiangjiang Industry Guidance Fund Management Co., Ltd. as a trustee management institution of the guidance fund.

The government has invested 1.5 billion yuan in the guidance fund, which is the parent fund. Through the cooperation between the guidance fund and other social capital, more special industrial funds have been incubated and a total industrial fund of more than 6 billion yuan has been formed. After the establishment of the guidance fund, the scale of the first phase of the guidance fund was 600 million yuan, of which the government contributed 480 million yuan and the Xiangtou Holding Group contributed 120 million yuan.

With Chenzhou Xiangjiang Industrial Guidance Fund Management Co., Ltd. and Chenzhou Industrial Guidance Fund as the starting point, through the innovative mode of "finance + fund + banking", we will implement the deployment of "industry-led, all-round development" of the Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government, promote the transformation and upgrading of the five leading industries and superior industrial chains, and realize the leap-forward development of the real economy in our city.

At the ceremony, Guo Ping, Deputy General Manager of Hunan Xiangtu Holding Group Co., Ltd., and Jiang Feng, Municipal Standing Committee and Executive Vice Mayor delivered speeches respectively; municipal leaders Pan Zhikun and Li Liming, and Secretary General Huang Zesheng attended the unveiling ceremony.
