Recently, Chenzhou Deepening Institutional Reform Training Conference was held. Jiang Bo, Municipal Standing Committee, Minister of the Organizational Department of the Municipal Committee and the Director of the Organization Reform Office of the Municipal Committee, and Ouyang Feng, Municipal Standing Committee and Secretary-General of the Municipal Committee attended the meeting.

The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to implement the deployment requirements of the Municipal Party Committee for deepening the reform of the municipal institutions, and the speech spirit made by Yi Pengfei, who is Municipal Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee at the Sixth Plenary Session of the fifth session of the Municipal Party Committee, further clarify the specific tasks, timetables and road maps for the next stage of the institution reform, and ensure that the municipal and county levels could complete the task of institutional reform in accordance with the time nodes, high standards and high quality.

Jiang Bo emphasized that the current deepening of institutional reform in our city has entered a stage of full implementation. We should improve our political position, strengthen our political responsibilities, integrate ideas and actions into the deployment and requirements of the central, provincial and municipal committees, and comprehensively promote and implement the reform of Party, government and mass organizations, public institutions, important fields and key links; should closely adhere to the objectives and tasks, carefully organize and implement them, clearly define the timetable, construction drawings and responsible persons, form a standardized, orderly, coordinated and effective situation, strengthen organizational leadership, strengthen work measures, speed up work progress, strictly implement responsibilities, and ensure the smooth completion of various tasks of institutional reform as scheduled.
